These terms apply to all purchases made through 888autoparts.com.au. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Product listings and pricing

Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and stock information accurate, but errors can occur — if a listed price or stock level is materially wrong, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel your order for a full refund.

Fitment responsibility

Vehicle part fitment can vary by build date, market variant, and prior modifications. While we aim to confirm fitment before dispatch on request, it remains the customer's responsibility to verify compatibility — particularly for trade and workshop customers ordering at volume. We strongly recommend providing your VIN or registration for fitment confirmation before ordering.

Orders and payment

Placing an order online reserves the item(s) against our stock. Full payment is required before dispatch; our team will contact you to arrange payment after your order is placed. Orders left unpaid beyond a reasonable period may be cancelled and stock released.

Shipping

Every part sold online ships free anywhere in Australia, with no minimum spend — small parcels and large panels alike (bumper covers, guards, bonnets, reinforcement bars, radiator support panels, doors and tailgates). Large panels travel by road freight at no extra charge, which is included in the price shown at checkout; there is no separate freight quote. Free pickup from our Sunshine, Melbourne warehouse is available on any order. See our Shipping Policy for detail.

Trade accounts

Trade pricing and account terms are available to approved panel beaters, smash repairers, mechanics, dealers and workshops, subject to application and approval. See our Trade Account page for details.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
