Free Australia-wide shipping on every part
Every part we sell online ships free anywhere in Australia, with no minimum spend. That includes small parcels — headlights, tail lights, fog lights and bezels, grilles, door mirror covers, brackets, wheel-arch mouldings — and large panels alike: full front and rear bumper covers, guards / fenders, bonnets, bumper reinforcement bars, radiator support panels, doors and tailgates. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout; there is nothing to calculate and no freight quote to wait for.
Where we ship from
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse at 27 Central Ave, Sunshine VIC 3020. In-stock items typically dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment and fitment confirmation. Transit time then depends on your location — metro areas are faster than regional and remote areas.
How large panels are delivered
Large panels — bumper covers, guards, bonnets, reinforcement bars, radiator support panels, doors and tailgates — travel by road freight rather than courier parcel. This is included in the free shipping price: you are not charged extra and you are not asked for a freight quote. Road-freight items can take a few days longer than parcels to regional and remote areas, and the carrier may deliver to a depot for collection in some remote locations — we will let you know if that applies to your address.
Free local pickup — Melbourne
Free pickup is available from our Sunshine, Melbourne warehouse for any order, big or small — selectable at checkout as an alternative to free delivery.
Fitment confirmation before dispatch
Because incorrect crash-part orders are costly to return, we may contact you to confirm your vehicle's VIN, registration, or exact fitment details before your order ships — particularly for parts with side (LH/RH) or trim-level variations.
Damaged in transit
Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If a part has been damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.
