MG and Chery collision parts, from our Melbourne warehouse.
When an MG or Chery repair is waiting on a backordered part, the claim keeps paying for hire cars. Check with us: send a VIN and parts list, and we’ll check fitment, availability and price for the parts we can supply.

Savings depend on each claim and the overall repair schedule. Parts availability can improve repair economics, but it does not guarantee that a vehicle can be repaired or change statutory write-off requirements.

A second place to check before a repair waits
Parts supply is one lever on cycle time and claim cost. This is where we fit.
Local MG and Chery parts
We list MG and Chery collision parts (bumpers, lights, bonnets, guards, doors, grilles and brackets) and ship from our Melbourne warehouse. When your usual channel quotes a backorder, check with us before the job waits.
Fewer parts-related delays
If a repair is held up only by a part we can supply, getting that part sooner shortens the hold-up. You get a quote with availability and price, and your assessor or repairer decides.
Potential hire-car savings
Where the policy covers a replacement vehicle, each day a repair waits on parts adds hire cost. Shortening a parts delay can reduce covered hire days when parts are what is holding the repair up.
Results depend on the claim, the repairer’s schedule and the other parts on the job. A test order or pilot lets you measure the effect on your own claims.
What we list
Counts below are products listed in our online catalogue, not a stock count. Availability is confirmed on each quote.

Where parts ship from
- One warehouse: 27 Central Ave, Sunshine VIC 3020.
- Free delivery Australia-wide on online orders; free pickup in Melbourne.
See the shipping policy and returns & warranty. Terms for insurer and network accounts are agreed during onboarding.
Genuine and aftermarket
Our range includes genuine and aftermarket parts. An OEM reference number shows which part an item replaces; on its own it does not prove a part is genuine. If a claim requires genuine-only parts or a specific parts standard, say so in your request.
How a quote works
- 1
Send the details
VIN, model and year, and part numbers or a parts list. Photos or the estimate help.
- 2
We check and quote
Fitment, availability and price for each line we can supply.
- 3
You decide
The assessor or repairer decides whether the proposed supply suits the repair.
- 4
Supply after approval
Nothing is sent until the order is approved.
Start with a test order
Send us a parts list from a recent MG or Chery job your usual supplier couldn’t fill quickly, and compare our quote with what you received. No onboarding is needed for a test order.
If that works, we can run a small pilot on a handful of suitable claims or known shortage parts, subject to stock confirmation on each item. We agree the measures up front and report every result, including requests we couldn’t fill:
- Quote response time
- Parts fulfilment and delivery time
- Parts-related delay reduced
- Vehicle downtime and covered hire-car days saved, where measurable
- Cost compared with the original supply option
Tell us what you can’t get, and we’ll look at holding it
We want to work with insurers and repairer networks to find the MG and Chery parts that recur as shortages, and prioritise them in our Australian inventory.
We suggest starting with a review of your top 20 hard-to-source MG and Chery parts. Any inventory commitment is agreed only after we have reviewed the demand together with commercial terms and purchasing expectations.
Discuss stock planningWhat we’d ask for (aggregated only)
- Model, year and part number
- Monthly request volume
- Backorder frequency and typical lead times
- Number of repairs held up by parts shortages
- Indicative purchase prices
What we don’t need
Claimant or customer names, contact details, addresses, registration numbers or claim files. Demand planning works on part-level totals.
Questions from claims and procurement teams
Which models and parts do you supply?
MG and Chery only. Our catalogue lists collision parts for the MG ZS, MG HS, MG3 (including the 2025+ facelift), Chery Omoda 5, Tiggo 4 and Tiggo 4 Pro: bumpers and bumper brackets, headlights, tail and fog lights, bonnets, guards, doors, tailgates, grilles, mirrors, wheel arches and trim. We do not cover other Chinese vehicle brands.
Are your parts genuine or aftermarket?
Our range includes both. An OEM reference number on a listing identifies the part it replaces; on its own it does not mean the part is genuine. If a claim requires genuine-only parts or a particular parts standard, tell us when you send the request.
How is stock confirmed?
Catalogue counts show products listed online; they are not a stock count. Availability is checked against your VIN or part numbers for each request and stated in the quote.
Can repairers purchase directly?
Yes. Repairers can order online, request a quote, or apply for a trade account. Where an insurer or network has its own ordering or approval process, we can discuss working within it.
What are the delivery arrangements?
Parts ship from our warehouse at 27 Central Ave, Sunshine VIC 3020, with free delivery Australia-wide on online orders and free pickup in Melbourne. See our shipping policy for details. Arrangements for insurer or network accounts are agreed during onboarding.
Can you help with parts you don’t list?
Send us the part number and VIN and we will tell you whether we can supply it.
How does the demand-data partnership work?
We start by reviewing your top 20 hard-to-source MG and Chery parts using aggregated data only: part numbers, volumes, backorder frequency, lead times and indicative prices. No claimant or customer personal information is needed. Any inventory commitment is agreed only after we have reviewed the demand, commercial terms and purchasing expectations together.
What is needed to start a test order or pilot?
For a test order, just a VIN and parts list from a recent job. For a pilot: a contact on your side, a short list of shortage parts or a few suitable claims, the measures we will both track, and agreement on how quotes are approved and invoiced. Every item is subject to stock confirmation.
