Returns & Warranty

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of mind
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging. Contact us before returning any item. Freight/return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was incorrectly supplied.
Incorrect fitment
If a part doesn't fit your vehicle despite fitment being confirmed by our team before dispatch, contact us — we will work with you to arrange the correct part, a replacement, or a refund. This is why we strongly encourage VIN or registration-based fitment confirmation before you order.
Warranty
Aftermarket parts are covered by a minimum 3-month manufacturer/supplier warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, in addition to your Australian Consumer Law rights. Genuine/OEM parts carry the warranty terms of their original manufacturer where applicable. Specific warranty terms for a product are noted on its product page — contact us if you need written confirmation for insurance or workshop purposes.
Warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.
